Texas Hog Hunting occurs in on one of our managed, free-range ranches. Hunting is with tower blinds and pop-up blinds over established feeders, and safari-style hunting, with spotlights. Customers may bring red/green lights, thermals, baits. 

Wild hog hunts are extremely popular in Texas due the excitement & affordability for every skill level of hunters. We provide guided hunts for a spot & stalk or take you to stands on well-traveled game trails. Wild Horns Ranch is a registered Feral Swine Hunting Preserve so authorized to bring in boars year-round and maintain well-stocked herds. Since we can accommodate numerous hunters, hog hunts make great outing for groups and families.

We offer hog hunts out of a stand or we also have a select number of hog hunts with dogs depending on which way you want to hunt. Hunting hogs out of a stand makes a hunter be more patent but also allows a hunter to take his time and make a good shot. Hunting hogs with dogs is a more social type hunt and will be more fast pace but more exciting. Everyone loves all our hog hunts and you won’t have a better time anywhere else. With access to 80,000 acres along the Red River Valley, we offer premier hog hunting in Oklahoma! THESE ARE FREE RANGE WILD HOGS. This hunt typically takes place in an enclosed box blind over a baited feeder that runs year round. With thousands and thousands of acres to operate on, It allows us to have very successful hunts. The hunt typically begins a few hours before darks and runs into the night until 11pm. All that you need to bring with you on this adventure is a firearm of your choice, we can provide you with one if you do not have your own for an additional cost. We provide green lights that will clip on to your scope, these will allow you to see through your optic exceptionally well in the pitch black.

North Texas Hog and Pig Stand Hunts will take place just minutes south of Dallas in Waxahachie, Tx. With over 60,000 acres to hunt, we will be sure to put you on the pigs. Lodging available $75/person. Lots of pigs right now! 

Texas made Outfitters is a hunting and fishing guide service based out of Northeast Texas. When started back in 2012 we were prominently just a waterfowl and hog guide service. We have 200 acres of mostly big timber creek bottoms and our place backs up to approximately 400 acres of land that has been land locked and untouched for 40 years. It has a 10 acre swamp along with the Steve’s creek bottom on it that serves as a breeding ground/safe haven for hogs. I put out a few feeders a couple years ago after my wife and I purchased the land and hogs were the main wildlife that would come to the feeders. I let the feeders run out of corn once and the hogs rooted up my entire place so I started keeping corn out year round to keep the hogs fed and at bay to save grass for our cattle.

The Smith Ranch has been in the family since 1939 when the family first settled on the property in Centerville, Texas.  There have been 4 generations now living on the ranch.  The ranch is a working cattle ranch and hay farm.  Danny and Jean Smith built their home back in 1973 and started allowing family & friends the ability to hog hunt on the 1700 acres.  Danny developed an initial 50 acre hunting area in 1987 that was exclusive for the hog hunts.  In the early 1990’s, he started commercially hunting the property and now has 425 exclusive hog hunting acres.
